Fees
Normal Registration Fee
- Until June 10: 195 €
- Until June 17: 225 €
- After June 17: 265 €
The normal registration includes the conference dinner on Wednesday,
3 lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in the student
restaurant
Alma 3 and
the conference records. Moreover, post-proceedings
will be sent to all participants.
Reductions
For all fees as stated above, the following reductions
apply:
- University-member (- € 40)
- Student (- € 30)
- Speaker (- € 20)
- Associated (- € 20)
All people who are member of
Ecrypt-Institutions,
EIDMA-Institutions,
the IACR
or the
GI e.V.
count as "associated".
Be prepared for a check of the status "associated" or "student"
upon registration.
Budget Student Speaker
To encourage the participation of student speakers, we offer them
a special budget rate of € 45. The budget rate
is only valid until June 10. The budget rate does neither include
the conference dinner nor the lunches. It only applies for full-time
students who deliver a talk at WEWoRC.
Additional Costs
- Accommodation is not included in the conference fees.
- Participation on the beer testing course is not included in the conference fees.
- Accompaning persons for the workshop dinner can purchase tickets
on the first workshop day for € 25 per person.
Cancelation
Cancelation can only be accepted before June 17. In case of later cancelation,
we do not give a refund on paid fees. However, all participants who do not show up for the workshop get
a paper-copy of the conference records and the post-proceedings sent by postal mail.
